Victoria Theatre in the Mission
Built in 1908 as a vaudevillian house, The Victoria Theatre is now a city landmark and the oldest operating theatre in San Francisco. It has a rich history and a sorted past, once housing a burlesque stage and pornographic theatre. It is currently home to a slightly less seedy crowd with original film runs, musicals and year-round theatre. Located in the historic Mission District of San Francisco, the ornate and stately Victoria Theatre seats 500 and features a beautiful stage with a proscenium arch.
